Ms. Sharma is passionate about building an equitable world , where people can communicate with themselves and others using empathy , authenticity , accuracy and clarity. She is a certified Work Reconnects Facilitator and Non-Violent Communication Facilitator. She has conducted empathy circles and led workshops on leadership development in some of the world’s best companies.
She is passionate about languages , in addition to teaching English as a Foreign Language , she also speaks fluent German and has an intermediate level in French. She is a published poet and published her anthology titled “Moribund Poetry” in 2023.
Her other interests include the study of Matriarchal Societies and Peace and Gandhian Studies. She is also actively involved in the study of Buddhist Philosophy and Meditation with the Society for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition. She uses mindfulness, somatic work and heart-based methods to enable people to discover their own inner wisdom.
She is a life coach and has coached several clients internationally through tools that build mindfulness , emotional and relational literacy, and self-confidence. She is currently pursuing her research interest in Organizational Psychology and secular ethics. She has a double master’s degree in International Business Management from Germany and France
