Prof. Debabrata Das, Director of IIIT-Bangalore, and Mr. Nagarajan, Dissemination Manager of MOSIP, were honored to be invited to the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva on January 29, 2025, for the "Citizen Stack for the World: Implementation Across Nations" conference.
Prof. Das delivered an insightful speech on MOSIP (Modular Open Source Identity Platform), a groundbreaking open-source digital identity platform. To date, IIIT-Bangalore has signed MoUs with 26 countries for MOSIP rollouts, enabling the issuance of over 121 million identity cards and positively impacting the lives of more than 950 million people worldwide.
He also highlighted INJI, a cutting-edge data exchange platform developed by IIIT-Bangalore, showcasing its potential to drive global innovation and collaboration.
