On August 21, 2024, a significant milestone as the first cohort of the K-VLSI PG Diploma programme celebrated their valedictory ceremony at IIIT-Bangalore. In a grand event, 77 students received certificates. The ceremony included the presence of esteemed guests, including Shri. Priyank Kharge, Hon. Minister for Rural Development, Panchayat Raj, IT, BT, and Science & Technology, and Dr. Ekroop Caur, IAS, Secretary of the Department of IT, BT & ST, Government of Karnataka. Also in attendance were Mr. BV Naidu, Chairman of KDEM, Mr. Ashok Mishra, EC Member of IESA, representatives from FutureWiz, the NOIDA-based ed-tech training partner, and key industry partners from Karnataka.
