On receipt of the DD/payment and the copies of documents, Office of Academic Records will arrange to send the verification report either by courier or by mail (if urgent) within three working days of receipt of the documents.

Alumni/Former students can make a request for Official transcript/Medium of Instruction (MOI)/Lost document/Degree certificate or any other such correspondence via email.

Alumni may please deposit the amount and submit the request for the same with the transaction remittance details of fee. On confirmation of payment transcript/letter will be generated.
