Executive Post Graduate Programme in Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI): There has been a tremendous evolution of various Digital Public Infrastructure in the country such as the Unified Payment Interface (UPI), Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), Account Aggregator network, and foundational identity platform Aadhaar. In tune with these developments, the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-Bangalore) has developed the Executive Programme in Digital Public Infrastructure in association with the community and industry partners.
Programme Outline: The programme consists of 4 courses as outlined below. Each course is of 4 credit hours with a total credits for the programme of 16. The detailed syllabus of each of these course is provided in Program Curriculum Details Tab.
Each course will have theoretical as well as practical components. The practical component includes working on a project around DPI using the concepts, tools and techniques learnt in various courses and present at the end of the programme.
Programme Duration: 12 months (about 48 weeks) with about 8-12 hours of lecture/ video sessions per week.
Mode of Delivery: Online with live sessions and video lessons provided over Learning Management System of IIIT-Bangalore.
There will be 1 immersion session of about one week towards the end at IIIT-Bangalore for in-person interaction and presentation of projects. The course will be jointly offered by IIIT-B faculty in association with the experts from Modular Open Source Identity Project (MOSIP), OpenG2P forum and Centre for DPI.

Course 2: Digital trust infrastructure: Security, Privacy and Assurance
- Digital Identity, Digital Trust, Verification and Credentials, Authentication
Course 3. Foundations of Government to Person (G2P) as a Digital Public Good
- G2P Architecture, G2P Cash Transfer, Social-Payments-Accounts-Registry (SPAR), Program and Beneficiary Management System (PBMS)
Course 4: Regulation and Policy around DPI-
- Regulatory Economics, Privacy and Data Protection Regulation, Data Localisation, Consent Management
